The sluagh are often described as the undead souls of mortals who are neither allowed into Heaven, nor Hell. They are destined to wander the ether, riding on the wind and cursed for an eternity of unrest. Some have found their way into the waking world and most realize that the dead city of Darkness provides the most peace for their restless nature.
