By Alara: New owner definitions for the wardrobe system: when a wardrobe is requested, your wardrobe dbref will be stored alongside that of your player. This is put into place to make way for a planned near-future expansion of the system.

Also, two new wizard commands have been put into place:
- NUKE WARDROBE - basically destroys the person's wardrobe object completely (in case something screwed up with it), and resets their name in the database, allowing them to request a new one.
- LIST WARDROBES - Lists all wardrobe dbrefs along with their respective owners.

I also found that the wardrobe request command had been duplicated into (or possibly from) the wizards' skillset. This version has been removed completely, as it is now a common system that should be used by all.
