197 (NEWS 396) - Friends
By Alara: A small update - FRIENDS was not used, except by one person, so I've gone ahead and removed the entire system. This was a bit like +watch systems that other MUSHes use, but given that everyone who connects notifies everyone in +public, I found it a bit redundant, and figured it could be removed as a codified system.
